DP83869HM: Supply Ramp Time

Hi,

According to your Two Supply Sequence Figure 115 and Table 101 in Chapter 11.1 I have noticed that there is a Minimum requirement for the ramp up time of 0.5ms.

Things are working fine, but when I measured the supply ramp times I have these kind of ramp times (see picture below)

I have a really fast ramp time (~200us) up to ~700mV, then a slow ramp time until reaching stady state.

Do you think this will cause any issues with the DP83869? Especially with the 1.1V (VDDA1V1) supply?

Hi Jimmy,

Maximum ramp time for supplies as specified by datasheet is 100 ms. This should not cause any issues.

Hi Nikhil,

The MAXimum ramp time was not my concern. I was asking about the MINimum ramp time that you have specified in the datasheet (0.5ms).
