TUSB9261: use TUSB9261 to support USB3.0 to SPI conversion

My customer would like to find USB3.0 to SPI conversion solution. I searched from old E2E thread and found out TUSB9261 might suitable for it and I would like to double check on it. Could you kindly help to check on it?

yes it do have usb to SPI bridge, but this device is mainly designed for USB to sata
