Hi Ito-san,

Please have you customer fix the configuration so that the DOUT+ is routed to RIN+ and DOUT- and ROUT-. This is the proper use case and we should not let the customer configure it incorrectly.

Hi Ito-San,

Please tell the customer that we do not know what the behavior may be and that we do not support anything outside of the datasheet. We cannot validate individual use cases that are not within the datasheet spec. We also do not want the customer to get the idea that even if swaps the + and - ports and it LOCKs, that he can use our part in such a way.
