Hi Kevin, 

-you may consider placing a 10nF cap at the VDD pins so you can place it right next to the pins
-we usually use 2.2 kohm pull up resistor for 1.8V pullup on the I2C lines
-the power over coax circuit does seem to match our circuit. please refer to this appnote: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snla224/snla224.pdf?ts=1605658595365

or you can check the deserializer's d/s reccomendation too.
-Not sure why you have a diode in series on the PoC network.
-for a ferrite bead reccomendation on the power rails, we use BLM15HD102SN1D
