    Hi Betty,

    Schematic feedback:

    Do not install pullups on PWRCTL/BATEN - doing so will enable battery charging mode.  Just allow them to float if not used.

    USB_VBUS is a detection input, it should only be high when an active host is connected upstream of the hub.

    GRSTz, a cap of 1 uF is sufficient for most applications, some applications require 2uF if the power on voltage ramps slowly.
