Jim,

From the schematic, there isn't anything obvious that looks wrong, but I've asked our RS-232 to take a look at the schematic as well.

What are the capacitance values of C2031, C2032, C2033, and C2034?

Another question: what's the voltage rating of the capacitor?

Hi Team,

All of that capacitor are 0.1u. And the voltage rating is 25V.

Jim,

I see. The schematic looks fine. If the damage is due to ESD events, MAX3243E may provide better protection.
