DS250DF810: Does anyone know if the chip can operate at 20 Gbps?

I know on Table 5 of the spec the range is 20.2752 Gbps to 25.8 Gpbs. We are looking for for a solution at 20 Gbps. Does anyone know if the chip can work?

Unfortunately the DS250DF810 minimum full rate in retimed mode is 20.2G. You may try setting the retimer to CDR bypass mode, and evaluating performance at 20G. You may also consider the DS250DF230, whose minimum rate is 19.6Gbps.
