Hi Itoh-San,

I checked your application block diagram.

Yes it is possible to use DS125BR800 or DS125BR820 for this application. We highly suggest using IBIS-AMI model for these two device plus s-parameter model of the cable or overall transmission media to do preliminary feasibility study.
