But Software CD wasn't contained.

He needs driver soft for the board.

Hello Takashi,

Analog LaunchPad is the correct software install. The driver is located at “C:\Program Files\National Semiconductor Corp\Analog Launchpad Vxxx\DRIVERS”. This directory was installed on your computer during the ALP software installation.

I guess customer have issue with Windows 10.

I guess he needs to update driver from device manager.
