Hi
The DP141 is a linear redriver, so you want to keep the output trace length as short as possible (~2in).
The DP158 is a redriver with pre-emphasis and VSWING control, so you can drive a longer output trace length as long as the output can meet the HDMI compliance requirement.
Thanks
David
Hi,
On the DP141,
On the DP158,
Thanks
David
Hi David
Thank you for your support
On the DP141,
• Are you AC coupling the output? Yes, the output of DP141 will go to DisplayPort Connector for output after passing through MUX
•
On the DP158,
• Are you AC coupling the input? Yes, the signal received at the input of DP158 is AC coupling input
Gareth
Then I do not see any additional issue with the schematic.
Thanks
David
