DS90UH941AS-Q1: TI941/948 remote device interrupt configuration

Part Number: DS90UH941AS-Q1

Hi TI team,

We are using 941-948 serdes pair in one of our project with display, and trying to propagate the remote touch interrupt to SOC side.

Here DS90UH941 Serializer is at SOC side and 948 at the remote display side, where touch interrupt is connected to 948’s GPIO2 input.

But on SOC side, we have only INTB and REM_INTB lines connected from 941 to SOC,  GPIO2 of 941 is not connected to SOC

What I understood is:

INTB_IN of 948 can be propagated to INTB/REM_INTB of 941 or to any of GPIOs of 941 via configuring REM_INTB_CTRL(0x30h)

And GPIO2 input of 948 can be propagated only to GPIO2 output of 941.

It is not possible to map the GPIO2 input of 948 to  INTB/REM_INTB output of 941.

Is my understanding  correct on this, Can you please confirm ? or is it possible any way to do this remote GPIO2 to local INTB/REM_INTB mapping for interrupt propagation.

Thanks,

Sreeju
