Hi team,
for 941AS, the internal Oscillator can be select 200MHz or 800MHz. how about the 947 or 929?
I asking this because that before, customer downlaod a A/N about Exploring the Int Test Pattern Generation Feature of FPDLink III IVI Devices, A/N number is snla132.pdf. In this document show only 941AS can be select 200MHz or 800MHz.
But, recently my customer download the snla132 again, it is 2020 version, say all the 941AS/949/949A/929/947 can select 200MHz or 800MHz. we are concern about that.
which one is correct? and what changed inside of 949/949A/929/947 for 800MHz? And, now I can't download this A/N, the web page show error. please help to check.
