Dear team,
When my customer connects our PHY to a HUAWEI router which integrates 4G feature, there be frame loss. But when they change to another ordinary router which doesn't include 4G feature, our PHY can work normally without drop frame issue. Do you have encounter such issue before? I think maybe our PHY needs to configure more registers, but I am not sure which one is related to frame loss. Could you please give me a debug idea？
