what is the principle for CM filter or termination to match impedances and improve signal integrity ot 100base T1 ethernet? just below circuits . what is the principle to select the rigiht value for CMC, resistor and capacitor?

I cannot share any more principles except for the fact that it has been optimized for best performance on EMI and EMC. Is there a reason you are requiring further principles on this?
