TUSB4020BI: OTP/EEPROM Programming Through the USB 2.0 Upstream Port

Is "TUSB80xx_eFuse_Programming_Tool_1.1.0.1.jpg" applicable for TUSB4020BI?

I heard my customer couldn't program PID with this tool, so would like to confirm just in case.

My customer could program VID (0x337F) however he couldn't program PID (0x0002).
The result is the following and PID is 0x8041. 



Do you know why he couldn't program PID (0x0002) with your tool?
Do you have heard the same experience?

This has not been our experience. Can customer try writing a PID value of (0x0000) or some other value? Using this program for TUSB4020BI the desired PID value is XOR'ed with 0x0002 by default.

My customer tried to program PID 0x0000 however he couldn't program the value.
I heard program couldn't be finished in this case.
Then he programmed PID 0x0001, he could program 0x0003 as the following.





Is the result reasonable?
