RoHS information is available on the Product Folder page for each device. For the TS3DV642, please click on the Quality &packaging tab

you will see the EcoPlan column showing the RoHS status, as well as a Qualification Summary column.  Click the View link, you will then see the Qual reports. 

At the left side of this page, there is an Environmental information link, which will present resources where you can find a link to 

• TI RoHS and Product Status Designation

which defines RoHS Compliance.
