SN65DP159: SN65DP159

I intend to use SN65DP159RGZR as a DVI equalizer 　and a cable driver.

The DVI I am using 　is nonstandard using only D0 and CLK lanes .

my question for TI  is what should be connected to the unused inputs 　D1,D2 and 　outputs D1,D2.
