The customer wants to know whether an HDMI 2.0 signal could be connected to the input of SN65DP159 when acting as a retimer. The HDMI2.0 signal is from the output of IT6265.
In their old projects, the customer uses TMDS181 as the HDMI retimer and uses SN65DP159 as the DP retimer, and they want to know if SN65DP159 could act as the HDMI retimer to improve the signal quality of the output of IT6265?
