Can any expert please provide some insight of difference btw TCA4311A and LTC4300A-1?

Can it be direct drop-in replacement?

    I'll let our I2C expert comment further, but from a pin-to-pin and function perspective, yes these devices are drop-in replacements of each other. I've assigned this thread to our I2C applications support who can elaborate on this.
