Is the split pin needed? If not, the TCAN1042-Q1 or TCAN1044-Q1 can be used to replace the SN65HVDA1040A-Q1. They are both pin-to-pin compatible and have better ESD and EMC performance than the SN65HVDA1040A-Q1.
