SN65DSI84: Jagged edges and burrs with the picture

Hi Team,

When SN65DSI84 is in TEST_PATTERN by writing 0x10 to 0x3C register, the picture looks good, no jagged edges and burrs are observed.

However, when the picture is selected by customer to display on the screen, the picture in the screen has jagged edges and burrs which can be seen between white and green. All the values of the registers are also in the table.

Could you please advise how to remove the jagged edges and burrs? Thanks!

Is that brown on the right of the display part of your image? Also, did you reference the FAQ?
