If both USB3.0 and USB2.0 ports are connected to a device, how does the TUSB7340 know which one to use ?

HI Allen,

The TUSB7340 will check for SuperSpeed (USB 3.0) terminations first, if it sees them it will attempt a USB 3.0 connection. If not, it will connect on USB 2.0.
