Kato-san,

Typically what I see used by customers, and what we've used in our own labs are the Vector VN1600 family of modules. There are versions that come with 1, 2, or 4 connectors to check multiple CAN buses, and these modules can analyze and also transmit data.

I recommend looking through the Vector CAN tools to see what's available.
