I am using the IC TXB0108PWR for translating a square pulse of 5VP-P ,working with 1MHZ to 5MHZ.But I am only getting output correctly (5V to 3.3V conversion without noise ) till 800KhZ.I am attaching the schematics part ,Kindly help on the same.

This problem is typically caused by the capacitive load being too high. The TXB does not work with loads higher than 70 pF; see sections 8.3.3 and 8.3.5 of the datasheet.
For unidirectional signals, direction-controlled level shifters like the SN74LVC2T45 would be more robust and flexible. For shifting to a lower voltage, you could also use a buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs like the SN74AHC125.
