DS90UB954-Q1: IBIS pull-up I-V curve

I use "ds90ub954_q1.ibs" from your web set: DS90UB954-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

But i find the pull-up I-V curve can't cross 0V/0A. Please check if it is your IBIS mode issue?

Hi Yutai,

The DS90UB954 CSI_HS and CSI_LP IBIS model is still pending some more updates. For now I suggest you use the DS90UB960 IBIS model for CSI_HS and CSI_LP.

Currently we do not have a schedule for this to be completed. It would be mid-next year most likely at the earliest. Hopefully the 960 model can help you here.
