Hi sir,

My customer get TPS25750EVM and start to adjust the output setting about BQ25731 device on board.

1. Can't we adjust the system voltage / battery voltage on evm by using web GUI? We try to modify the BQ25731's setting but

2. If customer want to start a design by using BQ25731, can they use the web gui to generate FW to control BQ25731 now?

Hi Gary,

The customer can use the web GUI to program the TPS25750, which can then program the BQ25731.

Are you seeing issues using the web GUI with the EVM currently?

Hi Emma,

We use GUI to control BQ25731 but can't change its output voltage on SYS_PWR. I don't monitor its I2C communication and not sure any change when we set different battery output voltage. We just want to confirm customer can get correct setting for BQ25731 or BQ25790/BQ25713. Thanks.

Hi Emma,

We test TPS25750 as UFP/power sink.

Hi Gary,

You can sink power to the TPS25750 with no adjustments. If you are trying to regulate the sink voltage using the BQ25731, you will need to remove D3 and D3 and remove the jumper on J5.
