Please suggest devices to protect DVI signal under lightning test conditions.

Hello Sudhakar,

Since DVI has a 5 V power supply, I would suggest protecting that line with a TVS0500. It is a 5 V Vrwm part with a 43 A surge protection rating (IEC 61000-4-5). Does this fit your requirements?

So, we are using ADV3003 and ADV7611. The front end is ADV3003, this components used in avionics since the lightning requirement is Level3, waveform3. Please advise suitable lightning device to protect ADV3003 and ADV7611.

Hello Sudhakar,

Since these devices are going into an avionics application, are you needing them to have a special qualification, similar to AEC Q100 for automotive?
