DS90UB935-Q1: schematic review

Part Number: DS90UB935-Q1

Hi team,

could you help to review the 935's schematic? thanks.

there also some questions need check with you:

1. for GPIO 0/ GPIO 3, when they used as voltage and temp sensing, how to configure these pins, can they float?

2. for CLK_OUT-IDX pin, When it is used as a CLK_OUT, is there always a clock output?

  • Hi Betty,

    A couple of comments:

    - PDB should have pull up to 1.8V

    - The series resistors on the CSI traces are not needed.

    - Why are there multiple resistors for Mode and IDX? Suggest only one resistor for pull-up and one for pull-down.

    - There should be pull-ups to the I2C.

Temp sensing doesn't require GPIOs. Only GPIO0 and GPIO1 are used for voltage sensing. Voltage sensing table is in table 7-2 in the datasheet. If you're sensing outside of this range, you'll need a resistor divider.

CLK_OUT is where a clk is sourced if you configure the clk frequeny in reg 0x06 and 0x07.

    Best,
