We are currently using PESD5V0H1BSF 

Can you please suggest part similar to TPD1E01B04DPLR with 5V Working Voltage in 0201 package dimensions

    Hello Saurabh.

    For a P2P bidirectional single channel part with 5 V Vrwm in a 0201 package, the only suitable device I found was TPD1E6B06. Unfortunately, this part has a much higher capacitance at 6 pF.

    However, if it's possible to switch to a 0402 package, I would suggest ESD401. This is a bidirectional single channel part with 5 V Vrwm with a 0.77 pF capacitance. It also has an extremely low leakage current at 0.03 nA.
