TPS25750EVM: TPS25750 Application Customization Tool

I've got a problem while using "TPS25750 Application Customization Tool". It keeps running "COM3: 115200 waiting for data" and never stop. The device manager of my PC shows that the driver of my TPS25750EVM is USBSER.SYS, supplied by Microsoft ver. 10.0.18362.1 (WinBuild. 160101.0800).  Maybe is is because I didn't get the right driver. Please help me.

    Hello,

    What you're seeing is the expected behavior. When you connect an EVM to your computer, the status message should change from "Hardware not Connected. Please plug your Target Device into your computer's USB port, and click the Connect icon at left." to "COM3: 115200 waiting for data". This means the EVM is connected and is waiting for data to be sent from the tool to program the EVM.

    To program your EVM, fill out the questionnaire (all questions are required) and the "Flash to Device From Current Configuration" button will enable which will pop up a modal window that shows the progression of the flashing.
