Hi team,

My customer is looking for some bridge IC as follows. Could you advise for the recommended device?

1. PCIe to USB bridge IC : For the PCIe, Gen3 x 2 lanes or more. For the USB, 3.1 Gen2 or more.

2. Video data to USB bridge IC : Customer is considering to connect to MIPI CSI-2 or DSI

3. Do you have any ICs that support USB DP Alt Mode?  If so, could you let me know the I/F on the other side of USB?

    1. PCIe to USB bridge IC : For the PCIe, Gen3 x 2 lanes or more. For the USB, 3.1 Gen2 or more.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a PCIe to USB bridge IC that can support USB 3.1 Gen 2.

    2. Video data to USB bridge IC : Customer is considering to connect to MIPI CSI-2 or DSI

    You can consider DSI86 which converts from DSI to eDP or DP and then TUSB546 or TUSB1046 which converts from DP to USB Type-C.

    3. Do you have any ICs that support USB DP Alt Mode?  If so, could you let me know the I/F on the other side of USB?

    For USB Type-C source application, TUSB546, TUSB1046, or TUSB1146

    For USB Type-C sink application, TUSB564 or TUSB1064

    USB Type-C redriver without MUX: TUSB544 or TUSB1044

    USB Type-C MUX only without redriver: HD3SS460
