Hi,

  1. The DC characteristics of driver mention IIH and IIL currents, need clarity on whether this current is drawn even when Vcc = 0, or it is only applicable when device is operating between 2.4V to 3.6V.
  2. Similarly, IIL current is measured when VIL is 0.8V, what is IIL when VIL is 0V?
