TUSB3410: Can't find the TUSB3410 device in TUSB3x10 EEPROM Burner

Hi TI expert,

I have a install TUSB3410 problem to query.

As follow picture show, I followed the guide to install the driver of TUSB3410 and can find this device in device manager.

But I can't find the device in EEPROM Burner, I need to program the firmware but now I can't.

What steup did I miss? Could you please help me to check it and peovide solution?

does the he VID/PID in the INF file hasto match the VID/PID on the EEPROM?

Hi,

It seems that TUSB3410 has already been loaded with FW based on the device manger. Do you have the TUSB3410 driver installed? Are you trying to program a connected EEPROM? If so what is your target application?
