DP83TG720S-Q1: Help to check our replace solution

Hi Team,

My customer is designing an Automotive connectivity module project now.

I found customer use below PHY solution in design.

So, do you think we have suitable solution or you have any suggestion that we can replace following customer solution ? Q grade is necessary.
