I have looked at the datesheet support string format 10 or12bit,My data is 8bit, can I use it?

Detailed as follows:

Camera parameters are as follows: Effective pixel: 1280HX720V
Image frame rate: 720P@ 30fPS
Video format: YUV422 8bit
