TPS65988: TPS65988 sink PDO negotiation

Part Number: TPS65988

HI Expert,

Customer is evaluating TPS65988 and have two questions.

Q1: Set 2 sink PDO with TPS65988, the PDO2 is fixed 20V, maximum=minimum=operation current=5A, enable the auto-negotiate function.

The customer thought only 20V/5A adapter can nego successfully with the sink side, but the fact is that 20V/3.25A adapter can also nego successfully with the sink side. Below is the capture for the PDOs configuration. Could you tell if this is the normal behavior with TPS65988 or there may be something wrong?

Q2: Setting 3 sink PDOs, select the priority as Choose Highest Power and connect 20/5A adapter at the input side.

The customer thought the PDO3(20V/5A) should nego successfully, but the test result is PDO2(20V/3A) nego successfully.(the cable is integrated with 5A Emark)

If exchanging the PDO2 and PDO3 configuration, then the 20V/5A can nego successfully. It looks PDO2 priority is higher than PDO3 instead of according to the highest power. Is this understanding not correct?
