The DP83TD510E-EVM uses capacitive coupling instead of the more standard transformer coupling used in other 802.3 (ethernet) twisted pair transceivers. Will the DP83TD510E transceiver work within its specification if transformer coupling was used instead of capacitve coupling, and if so has it been tested?
