Hi,

Our customer's product is dashboard. The Serializer is DS90UB929 and the Deserializer is DS90UB940. The DS90UB940 can receive the map data from DS90UB929. Sometimes, the map information is abnormal as the attachment. There is a question: How to check if the received data is correct on Deserializer site?

what is your issue here? it is "block white display" issue?

if yes, pls check 940's input lock status also pls check 940's following part SoC which has any error report? the panel display issue could be from 940's follower SOC as well.
