Hi team,

I plan to use Margin Analysis Program on my production line.

Is it possible to run MAP on my test jig (FPGA + DS90UH927-Q1) with display module (DS90UH928-Q1)?

I plan to connect USB2ANY to I2C port of DS90UH927-Q1 on my test jig.

Is there any restrictions to use this way?

Hello Shinji,

MAP tool is available and can be used only on the DES side, not on the SER side.

Isn't it possible to access through I2C bus of SER --> forward channel --> DES register to enable MAP function?

Is it required to locally access DES I2C bus?

Hello Shinji,

Yes, it is only possiple to access from the DES local I2C bus.
