Hi Sir

We test DS90UB933 ESD about 4KV ,the system will be crash with 4KV test

1. May I know 633A have better ESD capability than 933 ?

2. About TI serdes ESD test ,does TI have any document to describe ?

Hi Kaileh,

The 633A has the same ESD capability as the 933. As of now, we don't have any collateral for system level ESD design available, but we do have plans to release one in the future.
