I have problem with EMI. 
If ESD sparks near the device then USB reinitialize itself.

What should I do to prevent the usb reinitializetion?

It's ESD protected. I need EMI protectid. Сan I use a generator instead of a resonator?

I don't see the ESD protection in the schematic? What ESD level testing is causing the bus reset? Have you tried filtering the digital and chassis grounds? You can use a oscillator for the clock.
