Hi team,
My customer is using UB949 for head unit application and they have M3W as SoC.
M3W---UB949--UB948--screen
They have found 7 issue board out of 100pcs board while production. Issue: flicker screen and black screen.
Please check the HDMI clk from 949 input side as below picture.
- After doing ABA for UB949, the issue follow UB949.
- If we remove the UB949 , then test the HDMI clk, there was no waveform on the clk.
- if we remove the UB949 from issue board, and replace a good one from good board, everything is good, no more issue.
Note that I've check the sequence for UB949 latest datasheet recommended and added the temperature errata for UB949 INITB.
Could you help to share some advice for this?
