Hi,

I have a customer evaluating the TPS25750EVM. He says that it is connected, but it cannot be flashed.

Do you know what could be causing this?

Michell,

Can you have them send me a picture of the EVM so I can see how all of the jumpers are set and cables are connected?

This will make the debug process go much faster.
