Our application is USB3.1 only. In TUSB544 demo board, VBUS and 5V_IN connected through D1. I am going to use external 5VDC power supply to power TUSB544 and downstream port, not from host VBUS. I am going to use P1 as the upstream interface. In this case, how should I connect the CC1, CC2, SBU1 and SBU2 of P1?

everything should be same, you just use exteral power supply to power TUSB544 instead of fro Vbus.

I did. I sent about 2 weeks ago. I thought you are too busy to reply back. But anyway, I evaluated the 544. It is not suitable for current project. Thank you.
