TUSB8041: Front panel USB test fail

Hi Expert,

Customer adopted TUSB8041 as USB HUB to support the USB port in front panel, now the USB eye diagram test is fail. Refer to below block, schematic and test report please. Could you help to check and give some suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Hi JMMN,

We are waiting customer's PCB file. By they way, Customer has another question:

Dose TUSB8041 support modifying the output signal amplitude and equalizer through EEPROM?

Please give a comment.

Hi Oliver,

The hub cannot adjust the USB 3.0 amplitude or EQ through the EEPROM.
