Hi,

I'm not seeing which GPIO controls the SS mux. 

Also, can this part operate without an EEPROM and be configured through the GUI?

    The GPIO controls for the SS mux will be fully supported by our next gui release.  The GPIO that is used is user configurable, so it can only be used with the eeprom being present or a MCU providing boot/configuration code.
