Hello Team,

the TIOL111 without LDO has a need on Vcc_IN for a capacitor of 1uF.

Where that need comes from?

Is it needed for normal operation (internal circuitry voltage stability) or for system surge test/EFT test?

Hello SunSet,

The 1uF capacitor is required to meet the IEC 6100-4 specifications which include the ESD, EFT, and Surge ratings listed in section 6.2 of the datasheet.
