Is there a PSpice model of SN65HVD77 or THVD1451?

If no,

Would you please create PSpice model for SN65HVD77 and THVD1451? The customer has a process to simulate PSpice model before actual development.

So the customer request PSpice model for SN65HVD77 and THVD1451 for their application(position sensor).

Please review this request and let me know your opinion.

We do not currently have PSpice models for these devices, but they will be put in queue to be developed. Can I ask which customer is requesting these?

One more question: do you know how this PSpice model will be used? As in what will be simulated?

Hello Eric,

Thank you for your attention. please refer to the below informaton.

- Customer : Autonics

- Sector : FA&C

We already designed several Interface IC(RS485) but The reason why I request PSpice model now is the simulation process of customer is started from this year.

So, I don't know the detail simulation items yet. It's not urgent, so If possible, please reply to the availability and schedule.

Thank you for the information. I have put these model requests into our system queue, but this is the same as your previous model request. It will take some time to generate these as our team is relatively new to generating PSpice models. Since you have my email, we can communicate through that to keep communication going about these models.
