I'm looking for an ESD suppressor using both Gigabit Ethernet and USB2.0.
Please recommend a part that can be used as a replacement in the circuit diagram below.

For USB 2.0, I would recommend ESD122 for he data line and TVS0500 for the VBUS line.
For gigabit Ethernet, I would recommend TPD4E1U06.

Unfortunately not. RS-485 operating voltage levels go up to 12 V and TPD4E1U06 only has a Vrwm of 5.5 V. I would recommend TPD2E007 for RS-485/422 and RS-232 protection.

For gigabit Ethernet, probably not. It has a 1.5 pF line capacitance and will most likely compromise your signal integrity at 1 Gbps speeds.
