Jimmy,
I'm moving this thread to be supported by our MPD team as they own our ESD protection diode devices. From what I know though, I don't believe we have something directly comparable, but I will let the MPD team respond further.

Hi Jimmy,
Thank you for bringing us this opportunity! For this RS-485 transceiver, I would recommend either TPD2E007 or TPD1E10B09. TPD2E007 is a 2 channel bidirectional part with a 13 V Vrwm. TPD1E10B09 is a single channel bidirectional part, however it has a Vrwm of 9 V which is closer to the normal operating voltage of the transceiver. Please let me know if either of these parts work for you.

Hi Matt,
As I know THVD1520 include ESD protection. What different with TPD1E10B09?
Thanks!
Hi Jimmy,
Excellent question. The internal ESD diodes for THVD1520 are only rated for 8kV according to the IEC 61000-4-2 standard. This means that if an ESD event over 8 kV happens, the internal diodes will most likely burn up. The TPD1E10B09 is rated for 20 kV, therefore making it a more robust protection solution.
